Zwift/turbo or outdoors in winter? Outdoors always – There’s no substitute for fresh air and proper bike riding

Average week in training (time in saddle/mileage): Usually 12 – 14hours, around 250-300 miles per week. I try and mix it up as much as possible. So whatever my coach Allan sets me!

Future hopes for the team: To have presence and support at National A and B level, and to be a dominant force in the region
