Average week in training (time in saddle/mileage): Usually 12 – 14hours, around 250-300 miles per week. I try and mix it up as much as possible. So whatever my coach Allan sets me!
Personal ambitions on the bike: to win a National B road race, to get a top 20 in a National A road race, to continue to hold an Elite licence
Future hopes for the team: To have presence and support at National A and B level, and to be a dominant force in the region
