Most memorable race / ride and why: Kings Lynn Road Race Sept 2017 – Being part of the team 4 man chaingang to chase down the break. Also, my one and only win at lotus in 2015.
Best achievements in 2018 season: N/A – Road race accident put me out for the season
Zwift / turbo or outdoors in winter? There is no substitute for the road – but if the conditions are dangerous or a certain session is safer on the turbo then Zwift with a Wahoo Kickr is the go-to trainer.
Average week in training: 5- 7 hours
Personal ambitions on the bike: I would like to get back to peak fitness (for my age) lose some weight and help the Team compete in 3/4 Cat races.
Future hopes for the team: To be the team that is well known in the Region no only for the team’s results but also as a friendly, welcoming, progressive cycling club that is open to all. Oh and Regional Domination!!!
