Best personal race performance and why: Ipswich road race win – I raced smart and between only 2 DAP riders we controlled the race and made sure nothing got away. Ending with a 4 mile solo break from the bunch averaging at approx 28 mph to keep the distance and win the race.

Average week in training (time in saddle/mileage): Not enough due to injury, currently only 100 miles p/w max

2019 ambitions: maintain second cat if possible. Otherwise try and fully recover from injuries and do my best to frustrate other teams by doing whatever I can to slow a bunch down and ensure consistent podium finishes for my team.
